Update the RPM spec version for the upcoming 4.2 release #435

The only task left for me will be to create a build on Copr once the release is tagged by you, @bhaller. Just tag me again in the release-tracking issue you made today when you're ready.

OK, merged this PR. I thought somehow that it did other things besides updating the RPM spec, for that webhooks stuff, but apparently not. :->

It only bumps the version.
