specify if you want to handle the issue yourself in the text.

Assignees:

If you want to take up an issue assign the issue to yourself, but first make sure:
- That no one else is doing the issue, and if someone/ people are make sure they know you are joining.
If you want to assign multiple people make sure they know they're being assigned.
