Update conftest.py (test_timeout) #240

Set test_timeout = 20 instead of 10.

What do you intent with that PR? The timeout is only the duration to wait for some of the tests to pass, before those tests are considered as failed. Do you observe any tests failing, that need more time, or is this increase of timeout related to #235 ?

I indeed observed some tests failing, that need more time. It is not related to catching run time errors in #235.
