Time-averaged Spatial Plots #572

What problem does your feature request solve?

Collapsing data along the time coordinate to show potential systematic geographical trends in model behaviour (e.g. land / sea split, urban/rural differences)

Describe the solution you'd like

Addition of a recipe that collapses model data along time coordinate, either for a single case or for an entire trial or multiple case studies.

Describe alternatives you've considered

In a further step this can be linked to #455 to create difference maps of time-averaged spatial plots for two models.
