Add host name to `app_env_wrapper` output #630

What problem does your feature request solve?

When app_env_wrapper runs via slurm in a cluster, it is useful to know in which node it has run to help debugging.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add hostname to the output at the beginning of app_env_wrapper

Describe alternatives you've considered

Trawling the cylc logs, but it is cumbersome.
