Documentation for `WEB_ADDR` and `WEB_DIR` unclear #665

Describe the bug

The documentation doesn't make it clear what should go where, leading to broken emails being sent.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Fill in the WEB_ADDR and WEB_DIR per the instructions
  2. Run the workflow
  3. See that you may have an invalid URL.

Expected behaviour

The documentation should be clear enough for inexperienced users to correctly provide the required information. Alternatively require less information.
