Change for CORDEX to notebooks 5 and 6 #121

this is the last of the notebook conversion to CORDEX

* 5.2 f) where have the lat and lon area constraints for CHIRPS come from (longitude=(62, 185), latitude=(-2, 50)), bit of explanation needed maybe?

added a bit more explanation 

* I have assumed that chirps data files that have 1986-2015 in their name are a typo of 1986-2005, or are you looking at a longer period for extremes? If so, I think the time constraint needs changing.

no that was me getting confused between the name of the RCM (REMO2015) and the period we are using (2005) ....
