Run and produce output for all experiments #46

We have now defined several experiments as JSON file. We have not systematically produced output (classifications, metrics, classifiers) for all of them, so we should do so to check they are all working.

after finishing max prob output, rerun all the main experiments on spice and pangeo. Make sure that experiment outputs an overall single value score, used to compare different experiments. There should be an "ALL years" row in the per year metric output.
