Use WOD codes for classification output #63

Currently, we use the string descriptors for outputting classifications from ML algrithms. The dataset the XBT works feeds into use the WOD codes listed here: https://www.nodc.noaa.gov/OC5/WOD/CODES/v_5_instrument.html

We should also output using those codes. This could be an command line option, either output names or use the code.

I have also updated the data formats wiki page to reflect the WOD codes outputs.
