Publish notebooks on Binder

Binder is a standard way to make ones code available in a reproducible way, so we should investigate whether publishing the important XBT notebooks on Binder would be worth doing.

After a discussion with @svadams, who has done this for her work on Causality, this is simpler than I thought. We would need to:

• ensure that the requirements.txt file is up to date. The libraries in it should be only the libraries requested through conda install, rather than all the dependencies, and as general as possible with version numbers (no build numbers). This can be done by using the --from-history flag with conda env export
• go to binder and create a binder by specifying the url. This should search for notebooks
  • we should tidy up the notebook directory first, to have a clean narrative for the notebooks.
• This will take a while to build the docker container that binder uses to run the notebook.
• Once this is done, there will be a URL that can be shared from the XBT repository home page.
