Some tidying up of the data and trained algorithms on the SPICE platform ahead of the use of the XBT code for production of Ocean Dataset products. These tasks include:

[] Write readme files about the xbt-data and xbt-results directories
[] create symlinks to identify which data directories, experiment configurations and trained algorithms are the current ones that should be used for production
[] ensure experiment configuration mentions which version of the code it should be used with

After the updates for the paper in various notebooks, the batch processing code has been updated to include the new methods (ensemble of classifiers trained on resampled data as well as different folds from cross-validation), tested on spice and merged in PR #111.
