Using pre-commit.ci service for running the pre-commit on a PR.
- Faster than via gh action.
- Provides auto fixing commits to open PR..
- Behavioural control.
- See full set of features.
Pre-commit configured to use ruff (linter and formatter).
Using a gh action for running pytest (test discovery).
