Added test case for https://github.com/MetPX/sarracenia/issues/1270
Fix #169 Discovered that when realpathPost is set, rename was not posting the old name of the file with realpath applied.
Discovered that if copy_mirror_sftp test would fail if run near the top of a minute because link comparison was including the mtime (not settable on symlinks)

The copy_mirror test failure is because it is using sr3 that has bugs fixed in the corresponding PR for sarracenia... https://github.com/MetPX/sarracenia/pull/1272
