sort checksums of tree because they come out in a different order, creating fake failures.
redhat has selinux file attributes for every file, so have to ignore them when looking a the extended attributes set by sarracenia.

added sourceFromExchange to no_mirror test to be able to work on ( https://github.com/MetPX/sarracenia/issues/860 )
