3 months ago probably... this should in sr_insects instead, as an enhancement to flow_maint test. what is missing:
- killing processes, and running sr3 sanity to have them restarted.
- check process table that everything stopped is actually stopped.
- check config tree to verify that after removal config files are gone.
- check state directories to confirm that all files are removed after cleanup.
We need to have actions/flow tests something to confirm behaviour of maintenance operations:
sr3 sanity, killing things starting things etc...
