Loading model from NeuroML-DB spinning forever #364

On the model creation page, I pasted in a NeuroML-DB URL (https://neuroml-db.org/model_info?model_id=NMLCL000002) but I got the spinning wheel to the right of the URL field forever, i.e. it never finished validating. it did work for a model on GitHub (the Izhikevich one we always use).

To be investigated. We added this as a bonus experimental feature, I tested model loading but we were never able to test actual models and we didn't find any immediately suitable models for the NeuronUnit classes (but I got a few from Padraig recently), Let's see what's causing the hanging and then we can see the entity of the issue. As the full flow could not be tested in the scope of the project (but only model parsing, and that was working ok on several examples) the outcome of the investigation will tell us if we need to create more issues to follow the chain.
