@rgerkin it's already existing, we need to factor out all the "scidash specific" logic has been pushed into that module since that is a geppetto generic module.

@rgerkin just to clarify - we will include this task in one of the sprints at some point but hours spent on this will not be subtracted from your pool of hours (this is a refactoring we had been meaning to do regardless)

Also to further clarify @rgerkin the scidash extension is the geppetto-scidash repo, the scidash frontend is a geppetto "extension" (nor geppetto "application").
