feature: enhance FilterCell with namespace so it can set/get the value via the filteringservice with the namespace via the filtername.

tech debt: cleanup/remove filtering code in the components (e.g. https://github.com/MetaCell/geppetto-scidash/blob/960eb6249e1288a27a50a427cb8cb9e961a8d7ee/components/scores/Scores.js#L61 )

tech debt: rework getNamespaceFromKey (https://github.com/MetaCell/geppetto-scidash/blob/960eb6249e1288a27a50a427cb8cb9e961a8d7ee/shared/Helper.js#L141) remove hardcoded key names
