Create django tests to test connection to the Java backend #412

Instead of testing if the endpoint of the Java server is working we could also add more functional tests to the django backend.

tests:

the connection from scidash to the virgo tomcat is working (there can be a setup problem causing the connection to fail, but the urls to resolve)
add tests to see if we get the correct results back from the virgo server (enhancement)
