This will be a page where by default the users will land, unless they switch this from the settings to have the previous default behaviour and land on the test scores page as we are doing - this imply we will need another switch in the setting page that will work with a cookie that we store for 30 days.
This page will be able to display images, text or embedded youtube videos and you will be able to add content to this page in html format from the admin page. The items will be displayed in the order they are added and they will be stored in the db we already are using to store models/tests/results.
p.s. one note on the last page of the pdf, this is not related to the tooltip feature request but this is just a static image prepared using a scidash screenshot and adding tooltips on top using an image editor.
