Improve visualization of motion correction #20

The current visualization in the pipeline is not very helpful to validate if motion correction worked

My impression is that the code blocks under "generate video for motion-correction" are good visualizations for motion correction that were implemented recently. Perhaps further work is needed on documenting those additions in pipeline_noted.ipynb, but otherwise I like those visualizations.

The code block under "visualization of motion-correction" can probably be removed.
