Before testing this, please remove the ~/.jupyter/custom/custom.css file that would already be installed. When running a non-nwbe jupyter-notebook, you'll have to force refresh to clear the cache too. The new custom css file will be installed in the NWBE root directory in a .jupyter-config/custom/ directory.
