UCSDAPINAT-92: scaletta model snapshot tests

Added one more test to the tests folder - Scaletta model and to the github actions tests workflow

Steps in the automated test:

Since the version that is on apinatomy.dev is not the same as the develop branch, some of the tests might fail on there, but not on what's currently in the develop branch. The Github actions is pointing to the url set on the tests (apinatomy.dev) and not to the env URL
