Change population color and lamina color to user specific

@neuroBazzi could you let us know if this is really something we are interested to implement?

I can see an argument where I would be interested to have the same population and lamina colors between all the users that have access to a given experiment.

populations are initiated with default color, user can change and then it is saved across sessions

Laminas don't have user dependent colors
