同样的问题，设置文件中配置 port:1087 socks-port: 1080，结果实际启动 http 代理在 1088 端口，socks 代理启动在 1081

同样的问题，UI不能修改setting里面model的参数。

same here, unable to change proxy port in UI. Overriding config.yaml in general takes no effect, which is unexpected. And, only overriding config file downloaded remotely will take effect, but overriding remote config will not be persisted.
