这会导致 www.speedtest.net 测速时香港移动节点不走代理

speedtest.hk.chinamobile.com已加入geolocation-cn，使用时规则顺序

不应该是加入 geolocation-!cn 吗？另外 hk.chinamobile.com 在 speedtest.net 的节点不止这一个，目前发现还有 speedtestbb.hk.chinamobile.com 我建议添加 hk.chinamobile.com
