yaml和url格式正常 path目录无对应文件，面板显示此 provider 0 节点 节点工具导出的就是带BOM的编码

我出现这问题的还是shellclash偏多，经常都是在window上拿工具批量修改后上次，就多了bom，shellclash就运行不了。openclash我目前没遇到这情况。
