Deploy the contract to the Polygon Network #3

The initial production release of MetaFactory's NFT wearables will be to the Polygon Network (like CryptoVoxels, Decentraland, & Webaverse).

Once the UI is complete and the contract secure, the contract should be deployed to the Polygon Network.
