[Bot] Upgrades & Fixes

Not 100% sure the bot is in this repo but can't find it anywhere else either @alalonde.. Referring to "MetaGameBot" which is posting "congrats X for moving up the Y league".

Things I think should be fixed/changed/upgraded about the bot:

• [ ] As people move back down a league, they are unassigned that league role but not re-assigned the previous one
• [ ] Give props when someone becomes a player or patron
• [ ] It would be good if it also tagged the person who moved down a league, motivating them to reactivate
• [ ] If its giving props to both the one moving up & the one moving down, maybe the whole thing should be moved to #tavern which would also make it more convenient for players to congratulate
• [ ] Adding rough estimates on Seeds & $ amounts in the #-xp-gains channel
• [ ] Maybe the bot itself should be renamed to something like "The Innkeeper", "The Shepherd" or something & the avatar changed from MetaGame's logo to a character. Would add more character, pun intended

Two most important ones:

• Adding slash commands (https://github.com/MetaFam/TheGame/issues/514)
• Allowing people to create quests through discord

The only one that's really necessary is 1), others are just what I think would be nice to have. Thoughts?

Had a chat with Alec, looks like the metagame bot got removed or lost permissions on the TEC server. When someone picks this up, I'm happy to help coordinate on the TEC side to get someone with the right permissions to help troubleshoot.
