Docusaurus upgrade #307

This upgrades Docusaurus to the latest [stable] version, 2.0.0beta.6.

Please excuse my terrible spelling. (Don't look at the branch name. . .I told you NOT to look!)

Closing this as it's a giant PITA. Also a new docusaurus version has been released. A new (cleaner) branch will be submitted soom.
