content update/house of ethereum/layer 2 #369

Updated the section on Layer 2 to lead to our House of Layer 2 link and the new playbook on setting up a wallet and getting gas. Some of the old links were invalid. And the information was dated. I for now deleted the section on xDai rather than updating it to Gnosis, mainly to keep it focused at the moment on Polygon and to hyperlink back to resources we currently have created.

Aside from the issue with the link to the playbook, this looks good. I would like to see less commits ideally - looks like whatever you used to make the edits was making commits on every save?

Yea, I did it wrong. Should I redo it all as one commit and a new pull request?

Sorry, I didn't see this. A new PR would be sweet if it isn't too much bother. Also, it is good practice to not work from the master branch - always create a new branch. As you're now in the team, you should be able to clone and not need to work from your fork anymore.
