This is somewhat tricky. I want for a controller to be able to look at an image and select which nodes others will be able to modify, but I also want to programatically generate the initial map.
The map starts in the center radiating out circles of players. After the circles of players there is a red line. Raids move back and forth between this red line and a further out green band. Lines connect the players and the raids.
For the MVP, I think that working from a static image makes the most sense. I like the idea of being able to capture a snapshot of a generated page, but it adds too much complexity.
Miro, where the current map is stored, has a vector export option, but it is only for paid members where the cost is $550/mo.
