Hmm, why would this be a breaking change? Previously there was no license, so nobody was granted permission to use this code. Adding a license shouldn't negative affect anyone, it's strictly more permissive than no license.

Ah, right. I might have more of an anarchist default stance on publicly shared software 😆 (I know, a "license" probably wouldn't be called what it is if people already had one, but still.)

I had already opened 3.4.3 before, so I'll reopen it.
