mETH is the staking token of Mantle LSP: https://www.mantle.xyz/meth

mUSD is the rebase token of https://ondo.finance/

Hey 0xab575258d37EaA5C8956EfABe71F4eE8F6397cF3 is not deployed on etehreum mainnet. Can you split this PR to 2 separate pull requests - one for each token

@MRabenda can I also add tokens that are from other chains, Like L1 mETH and then L2 Mantle Network mETH in separate PRs?
