[PORT] Deprecate Brand Level Classnames #619

Description

Once the design token theme aligned tailwind classnames have been created. The next step is to deprecate the brand level classnames in favor of the newly created theme level classnames.

Technical Details

Deprecate all brand level classNames

Acceptance Criteria

All instances of the brand level classnames have been deprecated
The portfolio builders have been notified via slack message
