Description

This PR updates the storybook-react-native README from framworkless instructions to include guidance on configuring and using it with Expo. It also adds scripts the root package.json for ease of use.

Manual testing steps

Follow the new Expo setup instructions in README.md.
Verify that Storybook runs successfully within an Expo environment.
Test the steps on both iOS and Android to confirm consistency across platforms.
