With the new top-level category additions to the doc site (services, developer tools), and future additions (delegator, highlighting the SDK, multichain), the homepage content (https://docs.metamask.io) should be refreshed and formatted in a way that will allow us to easily add topics in the future. Maybe a grid of cards with one card per top-level category.
