Display warning when switching to a testnet #16438

Background

CS has been reporting users getting tricked into paying cash for test network tokens. Currently, test networks are similar to the actual network, Binance Smart Chain, and there are fiat dollar amounts shown. For new users unfamiliar with testnets, this can be very confusing, who think that because there’s a cash value associated with their holdings.

User Stories

As a user, I would like to see a warning displayed when I switch to a testnet informing me that tokens on testnets do not have fiat value.
