[Bug]: Use consistent token imagery on all screens

Describe the bug

I'm seeing different images for tokens on different screens; $MATIC is a prime example:

One screen shows the blue MATIC logo, the other shows a purple POLYGON logo.

Steps to reproduce

1. Import the MATIC token on the home screen
2. Click into the token detail screen and see a different logo
