Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, I am sorry that you are experiencing this. I do have a few clarifying questions if you are comfortable sharing:

  1. Do you have both the Secret Recovery Phrase and the imported private key in question both safely backed up and potentially accessible?
  2. What was the last thing(s) you remember doing in the extension prior to the error message appearing?
  3. Any additional context that you can share to help support efforts to reproduce this issue?
  4. How many accounts did you have in the wallet?
  5. Does this persist with updated OS (13.5+) and browser(117+)?
