[Bug]: MV3 - `This browser doesn't support requestAnimationFrame` and `This browser doesn't support cancelAnimationFrame.` #24598

Describe the bug

Whenever I start an MV3 build, I am seeing these 2 errors in the service worker console:

Not sure if it has any other impact, aside from the logs. Feel free to close if those error should be ignored

Expected behavior

Errors are correctly handled

This problem still occurs on ARC browser, and the screen is blank. It has been unavailable for a long time. I hope you can solve the problem. Thank you.

Arc (1.61.0 (53949) browser and metamask (12.2.4) are both the latest versions

Same problem here. It's been almost a week now without any fix

Version 1.61.1 (54104) Chromium Engine Version 129.0.6668.59 Mac OS X 15.0

gm, if you want to access you wallet without waiting for arc / metamask fix just go to the extension page directly:

chrome-extension://nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn/home.html

You can also manage your wallets thanks to https://portfolio.metamask.io/ but please backup your seed phrase !

I have been in contact with the Arc team, and they told me this will be fixed on their side on the next update.
