[Bug]: Unable to search for some toggles in security & privacy settings #26946

Describe the bug

Unable to search for Profile Sync and Data collection for marketing in the security & privacy settings. The entry for these two are missing from SETTINGS_CONSTANTS in ui/helpers/constants/settings.js.

Expected behavior

We should be able to search for Profile Sync and Data collection for marketing, and the subsequent selection should navigate us to the corresponding entry.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to settings
  2. Search for Profile Sync or Data Collection for Marketting
  3. No suggestions will appear in the drop-down.

Will be addressed as part of Settings redesign project. ETA end of year 2024/Q1 2025
