Describe the bug

I am trying to send funds from Metamask with ledger , the ledger is connected and ETH app is open with status "Application is ready"

When i confirm the transaction then it shows that verify on hardware wallet and nothing show on ledger and disconnect.

Please help.

Expected behavior

After i confirm and click on send it should show the transaction on ledger screen to verify but end up in failed.

hi, @cryptouser3253 i have tried my ledger stax with ETH app version 1.12.2, and it worked ok. First of all, Can you confirm that your ETH app in ledger stax is latest (1.12.2)? if your eth app version is latest, can you let us know your ledger os version, i have following versions shown in ledger settings:

Secure element version: 1.5.0
Microcontroller: 5.27.0
Bootloader: 4.51.0

if above version also same as me, please let us know the detail steps how to replicate so that we can try to replicate and help you.
