receipt status failed - error encountered after contract execution #4153

Hello this problem came up after i unwrapped my ether on ddex.io then went to send the unwrapped ether to huobi.pro.

i have not been able to withdraw anything from my MEW/Metamask account ever since the error happened, please help if you can any suggestions will be much appreciated.
