[Bug]: Swaps edit limit popup keeps closing by itself #10084

Describe the bug

If you open the Edit Limit popup, it will close by itself

Expected behavior

The Edit Limit popup should stay open when the user opens it.

  2. Fetch a quote
  3. Click Edit Limit
  4. Observe it closing by itself
