[e2e] [Mobile] Send Hex Address: Send ETH to a 40 character hexadecimal address #6332

Automatically prefixing a 40 hexadecimal address with 0x is not supported in Mobile at the moment. Should we:

For now, I think we can remove it from the OKR epic. I've added 2 other testcases instead
