Metamask on mobile won't let users log in to my website

Task: Users login for mobile version. Description: Metamask keeps popping up a warning message saying: "This website has been blocked from automatically opening an external application," thus users can't connect to desired website.

Is there any solution for such a problem?

Note: The website is legit and well-known.

I am having the same issue when having users load a chart that uses an iframe.

Hello, @Darecjo Thanks for reporting! Could you please provide more information about the device, firmware, and Metamask version you encounter this issue on? What dapp are you trying to connect to? To confirm, are you using the Metamask internal browser to access the dapp and initiate the connection? Thank you!

Device: Iphone 12 Pro Max; Firmware: iOS 16.4.1 (a) Metmask version: v6.3.0 (1095) Trying to connect to: website https://daorayaki.org For the confirmation: Both Metamask internal browser and external browser call make the warning appear.

As far as we know several users tried connecting using different mobile devices and the warning was the same.

Ps:

• Clicking on Ignore doesn't do anything;
• Click on Allow opens up the Appstore even though the app is already installed.

Decentralised app browser loading error. Chart fails to load in wallet apps like MetaMask, Trust & Phantom. Enable the iframe_loading_compatibility_mode featureset to enable compatibility with these browsers.

I am still having the same issue on MetaMask while opening photon to trade. It gives me the error “ This website has been blocked from automatically opening an external application” and I can’t see the trading view chart. When will MetaMask fix this it’s been a while.

Same issue here trying to integrate TradingView charts. Neither Ignore/Allow change anything. Chart is just blank and this error always appear when user navigate to dashboard (where chart script is running).
