Add a tip about using wallet_getPermissions to get all permitted accounts #72

Update the admonitions for accounts to inform developers that they can use wallet_getPermissions to get around the single account limit on the return value from eth_requestAccounts

fixes #63

@shane-t can you confirm that this tip is accurate? (we could add more details in the future, but for now I wanted to at least point developers to wallet_getPermissions)
