Analyse module lint report and create issues for failed #103

The module-lint analysis the repositories and produces the report which shows the divergence from a metamask-module-template repository.

The report will be posted in a slack channel. For the initial phase, we have 4 repositories to be analysed, the failed cases needs to be analysed and related issue ticket needs to be created in the repository.

DoD Look into the failed cases for each repo and create a issue ticket in the related repository.
