AAU, I change my profile type #15

As a user, I change my profile type So that I can access to builder actions in the Snaps Directory

Technical notes:

Whatever the profile type, a standardized "walletProfile" document structure is indexed as a "did:pkh:", stored in Ceramic Network

Out of scope:

N/A

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Given that I have clicked to my "edit profile" button, I see a modal where I can change my profile type ("user", "builder")
[ ] Given that I have set my profile type to "builder" I access to new actions in the Snaps Directory (such as assess an account owner abilities, and more to come)
